So after a looong time of eating as little unhealthy food as possible, I'm tired of it... Maybe in a world where the food industries decided to stop selling it everywhere and making it so available, then I could keep away - but when the whole family's eating cake - and not worrying about how much they have - I want to join the fun.
I can exercise well - I know that much. The most I've burned in one exercise session must definitely be in a long distance steady state run. But I hear so much about HIIT being so much better and all that. So just these quesions: Is it really neccessary to do HIIT instead of long steady state (which I sometimes find enjoyable), is it just a myth that it's so much more effective, and also what do you think of jump rope?
When eating what I want, but perhaps still wanting to cut my waist maybe a little bit, it would be best to exercise to burn a lot of energy. Thanks
