No Bench......

I'm 30, 6'2", 200 lbs, and want a better, cut look. The Y that I now belong to doesn't have a free-weight bench. I've always been addicted to how much I max on bench, etc. Can I supplement chest w/ flys, dumbell press, etc.? :confused:
 
Sure you supplement with other activities. But if your Y Doesn't have a flat bench, a foundational staple of a gym, you might want to explore other fitness center options.
 
I'd look into buying your own. They are relatively cheap at places like Wal-Mart and Academy. Plus, with a good bench and a barbell set you can do a total body workout in the privacy of your own home, which is incredibly nice.
