Oh man this week was so much harder than last week. Basically no time to exercise, yummy food temptation at every turn and not enough sleep....But

I lost 3 lbs, which really good considering I didnt exercise as much as I should have.

I aimed to get in either a run or a brisk walk every morning, but over the last week the weather has been terrible ( I dont mind a spot of rain, but this was terrential) so Ive been using my stairs at home as a makeshift gym which is good but kills my legs lol.

As for food, I went out for dinner on Sunday to an Italian restaurant, I had Chicken Alfredo with Garlic bread. Totally laden with calories but it was sooooo good:p . That was the only set back I had but it was worth it.

Im feeling confident and am starting to feel the difference in my general health and fitness. T-shirts are looking better on me but ive still got a long way to go.

Onwards and Thinwards........
