Hey everyone! I've read alot of articles about how people who keep online weight-loss diaries usually lose more weight and keep it off than those who do not, so I thought I'd give it a try.
I am 19 years old and I'm the oldest of 9 kids. My whole family eats really healthy, but since I'm away from home, it's super hard for me to do. My dad lost about 150 pounds a few years ago, the sister I'm closest to lost about 30 pounds, and the rest of my family is very fit. I really want to be able to lose weight so that they do not have to worry about me being unhealthy.
I'd also like to lose weight to have more confidence in myself. People tell me all the time that I'm beautiful, but it's hard to be overweight when all of my friends are gorgeous size 2's and 4's. I know that people find me attractive already and I feel like I'm pretty confident already, but I'd like to be healthier because things can only get better from there.
I'd really like support because usually I exercise and eat well for about a week before I become demotivated. What kinds of tricks do you guys use to stay motivated???
