hey guys,
im 18, about 6ft 255 and im trying to lose about 40-50 lbs fast and easy. I changed my eating habits dramatically. i use myclorie counter to show me wheat i can or cannot eat. i Think that site works good. My co-worker used it last year and lost 40 lbs without even exercising.
For me ,like i said, I use that site. I work so right after i go work out at my ballys. i hit the weights, doing lighter weight with more reps (i used to play football, so i was use to doing heavier weight, less reps). after that i do some ellipticals. pull downs, dips and other arms, then i use a crunch simulator. ( i got a belly). after i usually jog/run 3/4- 1 mile . When i get home i drink a protein called muscle milk Lite.
SO anyone got any ideas, advice or problems of what i do?hahah
the site says i need to eat around 2000 calories a day to help me loose weight, which is not problem with me. Oh and i take Animal cuts when i wake up and 6 hrs later.
