Newcomer looking for kindred spirits

:willy_nilly:hello..trying to get assimilated to forums--57 yrs old. need to lose 10 lbs. I know that alot of people don't think of 10 lbs as a problem, but I do..I have OCD and I'm bipolar..have image distortion trouble as I see myself alot bigger than I am..but still determined to lose those 10 lbs and to firm up an aging body and keep it that way for as long as I can. I exercise daily-yoga, resistance training, speed-walking 2 miles/day but it's a constant struggle once you pass 50..looking for others that are older but still want to look good and dont want to give in to body meltdown!! need advise on vitamin supplements, juicing, lemon juice-cayenne-maple syrup cleanse and anything else that you may want to suggest..looking forward to talking to those who are interested..:bigear:
 
Welcome to the forum and yes its harder when you get older! I am 42 and trying. You can do this and 10 pounds is 10 pounds and you will lose it!:hurray:
