Newbie!

Okay so I'm not a member of a gym or anything, but I do take Krav Maga classes. In about 4 or 5 months I gained 10 lbs (of muscle I hope) so my stats are 60+ situps per minute, 55 pushups per minute, 60+ squats/lunges per minute. I'm 15 and weigh 110 lbs! So a how should I work on my chest more, and how do I hide all my ribs? Also, how do I look for a newbie at this stuff?

hey,

you will allways see part of the rib outlise but working on your chest try using push ups and bench press but also try inverted and decline to work different parts of your chest.

with your ribs i would suggest working on oyur lats do this with lat pull downs.
