Okay so I'm not a member of a gym or anything, but I do take Krav Maga classes. In about 4 or 5 months I gained 10 lbs (of muscle I hope) so my stats are 60+ situps per minute, 55 pushups per minute, 60+ squats/lunges per minute. I'm 15 and weigh 110 lbs! So a how should I work on my chest more, and how do I hide all my ribs? Also, how do I look for a newbie at this stuff?
