newbie

Im a 20 year old male,5 10' 167 pounds,even though my height to weight ratio is good,i have a tendency to accumulate fat in my lower body,mainly my thighs glutes and butt.What kind of lower body exercises or overall exercises should i do,and i would love it if any of you can advice me on a diet (Vegetarian),how many minutes of cardio should i do per day?..ty

Eat plenty of legumes and nuts everyday, in addition to veggies, and start weight lifting. Have someone help you with form or watch some instructional videos that our member Steve puts out, and definitely do deadlifts and barbell squats! TRUST me :D
 
I have found that it isn't the amount of exercise or cardio you do to brun the excess chub, it is the way you do it. Try an Arc trainer. They are great cardio and fat burning machines that tone your lower body. You spend enough time on one of those and a great butt is inevitable.
