Im a 20 year old male,5 10' 167 pounds,even though my height to weight ratio is good,i have a tendency to accumulate fat in my lower body,mainly my thighs glutes and butt.What kind of lower body exercises or overall exercises should i do,and i would love it if any of you can advice me on a diet (Vegetarian),how many minutes of cardio should i do per day?..ty
