Hi everyone! I guess I joined this forum because I feel I need some motivation to lose 10 kg. I used to be 57kg but because I've been under a lot of stress and have been eaten totally unhealthy foods I've gained 7kg during the past few months. I have started to feel somewhat like a fat toad so I thought it was time to do something about it and found this site. Im looking forward to se all tips and tricks you guys have to lose weight :)

Stress eating!...you're not the only one that falls to this!

Are you able to recognize when you're having these tendencies? Recognizing is the first 1/2 of the battle, b/c you can then make a conscious choice! It's when we don't realize it's happening (or deny it)...that we eat entire bags of chips or gallons of ice cream without even realizing we're eating! ;)

Have you tried to replace you BAD snacks with BETTER snacks??
