Newbie, wanting advice.

Alright i'd like to know how to bulk up, I'm 16 years old 6'1" and i weigh 192 ibs. My BF percent is 21. I would like to lose some of that body fat and bulk up. I seem to be able to build muscle pretty easily but i dont know what for workouts i should do, and when i work out i dont seem to lose any fat. Any suggestions, thanks.
