Hi everyone,
Today I've finally bitten the bullet and admitted to my GP that I need help to lose (a lot of) weight, so I've got my food lists and here I am!!
This has to be the last time, I've just turned 39 and I DO NOT want to be "fat and 40"
I have to go back to the gocs in 3-wks to be checked, so fingers crossed I'll be heading in the right direction.
Any tips / advice would be gratefully apreciated
