Hello everyone! I just found out about this website yesterday after googling "weight loss before and after photos". After some browsing, I was surprised to find so many REAL people who've gone through tremendous transformations. I've been on Xanga for some support but I see too many 130 girls wanting to be stick thin models and it's quite depressing. I want to do this a more healthier way. These other girls were blogging about throwing up food, taking ex-lax, and going on fasts for as long as possible. This is a better community for me and I am so inspired by everyone! A little about me:
22 years old, college student, been overweight all my life but in my college I went from 160 to 200 in a 2-3 year time frame. When I used to work and go to school full-time I was eating huge meals and then going to bed because I was so tired. I did this for a while and the weight just crept on, the funny thing is that I've always stayed in the size 10-12 pants size except for once when I had to go to a 14. I have also been diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) which have made it hard for me to lose weight and also makes me very tired all the time. I stopped taking all the medication they gave me though.

Since last week I have lost 10 lbs and my goal is to be at most 130 lbs, that's a healthy weight for my height. I look forward to coming on here everyday for support because it really helps to feel so much love, especially with this very personal subject.
iggy:
