Hello everyone!
I Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself to the forum.
I am female mid 20's.
My current weight is 17st7lbs(i literally weighed myself before i registered),
It was a HUGE shock(excuse the pun
) as i was approx 15st about 6months ago, I have notice my knees feel like they are crumbling, I struggle to get comfortable as my body feels like its being crushed inside.
I wanted to join a forum as i need ongoing support, I find that i do really well with healthy eating and exercise and then after a couple of weeks, I'm back to square one.
I have consulted my GP in the past and he said i dont eat enough at regular times so I have made myself have breakfast today and ive had lunch and I plan to exercise later today.
I am from a family of slim people and feel there isnt anybody around me that really understands although they are very supportive but I just need that extra bit from somebody who is overweight or has lost the weight for motivation to keep trying.
I think i have just about wrote an essay oops
I look forward to reading any helpful tips on a healthy weight loss and hope I can also support you all.
Thanks for reading
