I was reading your posts and felt urge to give you my support in your weight loss
mission.
You need to readjust some of your nutritional choices. Try to avoid bacon, mayo, butter
and cheese. Replace them with something like yogurt, almond nuts, beans.
I was working as a detox specialist in the biggest Spa company for 8 years. Trust me, I
saw thousands in my treatment room. People from all over the world with the same
dream, with the same pain and fears. They wanted to get their body back. They were
looking for happiness and joy in their life by being healthy, attractive and on shape.
Some of them had some improvements, some other were just away behind.
I wanted to help to anybody, whoever was in my little kingdom. The difference between

I call it inspiration. Inspiration will give you the strength to lose weight, inspiration will
make you look and feel more beautiful from outside, too.
Just by feeling the strength, your hormones work differently. They will kick you going to
the gym, having your hot water, taking your supplements, being picky in the restaurant,
loving yourself and your wonderful body. No more diets, no more weight loss programs, no more being ashamed on the beach!
Just you, the one who you are, healthy, on shape, lean, with energy and sexy.
