hey peoples im a bit of a fitness freak but recently changes what i was doing, i was doing a lot of running and cycling then got sick of being to skinny so started doin some weights at the gym with the goal of just putting on some weight and at least trying to get a chest on me, but now all i seem to have achieved is a lot of weight gain which alot is fat and am now unfit as i have neglected the cardio, ill be having a bit of a scout around the site for any info if anyone could point me in the right direction would be good, basically i love my running and cycling but dont want to be scrawny at the same time, is it possible to be aerobically fit but muscular aswell????
