Hi there....I am new to the site, and really need some motivation to lose weight and stay on track! I really hope this site can help me accomplish my goals
My current weight as of tuesday the 8th is 154 lbs (I am 5' 10")...I have not been good these past 3 days, however, so I pray it hasn't gone up too much I am now back on track today though! That seems to be my problem...if I give myself an inch, I take a mile (I need to be strict until I reach my goals). I desire to weight between 140-145. I am close to my goal weight, and just need to stay on track for the next 5 weeks. I go back to the states in just over 5 weeks, and need to be at my desired weight! I believe this is possible to do in a healthy manner, with my eating and workout routines. I am eating about 1100-1200 calories a day, and working out 6 times a week. I want to become healthy and make conscious mental decisions about what I am eating, and not feel as if I am depriving myself. I tend to get cravings and take it way too far I really, really am hoping this site will help me!
