Hi there....I am new to the site, and really need some motivation to lose weight and stay on track! I really hope this site can help me accomplish my goals :)
 
My goals...

My current weight as of tuesday the 8th is 154 lbs (I am 5' 10")...I have not been good these past 3 days, however, so I pray it hasn't gone up too much :( I am now back on track today though! That seems to be my problem...if I give myself an inch, I take a mile (I need to be strict until I reach my goals). I desire to weight between 140-145. I am close to my goal weight, and just need to stay on track for the next 5 weeks. I go back to the states in just over 5 weeks, and need to be at my desired weight! I believe this is possible to do in a healthy manner, with my eating and workout routines. I am eating about 1100-1200 calories a day, and working out 6 times a week. I want to become healthy and make conscious mental decisions about what I am eating, and not feel as if I am depriving myself. I tend to get cravings and take it way too far :( I really, really am hoping this site will help me!
