hello all
im new here ^^
just wanted to say hello, and i am going to try out an exercise plan and i would like to hear all of your opinions on my plan, especially from those who might have done this and have gotten results. any kind of feedback is welcome.
im almost 20, and i thought that its about damn time to change. i wanna be hot! (lol) but seriously i just wanna look good for my family and especially my boyfriend. ive never done an exercise plan before or a diet, just because (i admit) im too lazy and i thought it would never work for me... fat for life >_>
i dont know my exact weight atm but probably 230 lbs or so. i dont have a goal set either, but i just want to look realistic, i know i wont look like a magazine model, i just want a relatively flat stomach, and smooth looking arms and legs.
my plan is to first start off by walking for 30 mins every day for 2 weeks. also during this time to cut back on the sodas and especially cut down a good bit on how much food i eat each meal. i just want to take the first 2 weeks slowly, because ive never really worked out a lot, i just wanna get myself motivated and my heart pumping w/o giving myself a heart attack (lol)
after those 2 weeks i plan to start doing some arm exercises with weights, while still walking every day for 30 mins (and will pick up the pase in my walking speed). reason why i choose arm exercises was because i really hate my arms and i have a feeling that it would probably be a difficult area to lose weight in. no more fast food restaurants, no more sodas, and still cut down on the amount of food i eat.
so about 1 hour of working out every day with less proportioned food, fruits for a snack, no sodas, no restaurants.
what i want opinions on is, can i loose weight by not over working myself? if i exercise every day, even if its only an hours work of not that hard working exercises (at least to me it doesnt seem like its not as hard as bike riding or sit ups)? i dont expect to shed off a lot of weight in a short amount of time... but after at least a month will i notice any results? reason why i ask this is because i have always thought you would need to seriously work out, getting up a huge sweat, sit ups, running, push ups, biking, hard core exercises like that to really lose weight?
anyways thanks for reading my short novel ^^ and thanks for the responds in advance
