Hello,

I'm new to this site hoping to stay motivated in my weight loss. During high school and college I was in the marching band, and was in decent shape. In the past 2 years, my weight has gone up to 214, and I use to weigh around 150. For the past week and a half I decided it was time to change my body for health, and self esteem purposes. For now until I build my stamina up, I walk and jog 30 minutes everyday. and drink 8+ glasses of water a day. Also, I have cut out junk food, and maintain a 1800 a day calorie. If any one has any advice on how to improve my start, please share. All help is greatly appreciated. I can post a pic later.

Thanks!
