New Years Resolution Help!!

Hey guys, i am 16, 116lbs and like 5'5. Im pretty small but in good shape. since its new years already i wanted to get on a weekly workout schedule for the whole year. i know that muscles grow when they rest so what do you think would be the best weekly schedule to do my full body? every other day?, two days then skip two or how should i do it? thanks so much you dont know how much it will help me get my fitness back on track!
 
It's pointless giving you one routine for the entire year as they are only ever good for 4-6 weeks.

I suggest picking up a copy for "The New Rules of Lifting" or "Muscle Revolution" which will give you heaps of programs and show you how to set them up to do over a year.
 
Do full body workouts 3x a week. Do them on M/W/F and rest the other days. You didn't state enough details for us to give you good info what are your goals?

pretty much agree...3x fullbody a week is doable. do cardio the other 3 days, and enjoy one day off (or one day of doing a sport or something for fun that's "active")
