Your so sweet! Yeah my 15 year old is a slim 113, but non of it is muscle, lol, the girl is so lazy. So we are going to try to get her fit too! I've been doing other excercises too, but the vidioes I like and they push you... I need some pushing, lol...

Ive got MAJOR achne problems after the past couple days. I have to drink TONS of water and not eat like I have been. I haven't been eating any of the chips of mexican dip my mom brought in... not touching anything ..

I had enough to feed a cow last night. Six yogurts in the middle of the night... got calcium .. I should drink milk instead lol Got Milk? lol
I actually had one small bowl of cereal today

and I had two eggs overeasy and a yogurt with that too .. The yogurts are wicked good .. I keep telling my mom not to buy them, but she keeps buying them. I told her its like really important and I will get the calcium from the milk .. I eat like a bowl of cereal a day and can just take two caltrate pills ..or however you spell it lol maybe I will make the case again ..because I have such a problem with these yogurts ..at least they arent the "whip" oness ...which are freaking like dessert!
Has anyone tried the Yoplait Whip yogurts? Aren't they like dessert?
Well these are the blue patterned yoplaits and black raspberries and raspberries are a craving of mine..if she got the fruit! awesome, but instead she gets the yogurts lmao ...

oh well ..what can you do .. I was thinking of throwing them out, but she would probably notice ..she said she doesnt want me throwing anything out lol
I used to throw ice cream out the night she bought it .. I used to throw cookies out .. I threw everything she would buy out ..and she would come home pissed off and I would be like.. "I am trying to lose weight, and you know how I am?" lol
but now she has put me down on the count lol and says I can't throw anything out ..so I have decided she can gain the weight, because I am not! lol
I am done with this stuff ..Ive got achne and a huge one near my nose , but almost in the middle of the cheek ..didn't come up until today and in five days I see Peter ..but he doesnt care .. he likes me just the way I am .. I have no clue why girls he would want someone with a big stomach and a big butt ..but he says he likes women and the bigger they are the better ... I think there is something wrong with this man ...seems almost too good to be true lol he is hypersensitive although ..man is he ever ..if I say something that I shouldnt he jumps right down my neck ..but he apologizes later, even when he shouldnt because he was right. and I should have thought before speaking ..anyway

Does anyone use anything for their achne? most adults I think don't have achne.. I am using Neutrogena? any good? Because I am having one of those weeks.. :nopity:

one of the ingredients in those yogurts is High Fructose corn Syrup - something you really should try to avoid in your diet...

I don't eat those...lol I stopped eating those way back, when I was chucking them down like water and I checked out the fat content. I stare at them a far, and almost by them and remember, not a good thing. BUT I eat the other yoplait.. light... but I hate them too and don't want to eat them... and I have gone on to her about how much I dont want them, but she buys them anyway... oh well, what can you do. I will try to talk with her again. I am going to call her and see if she can pick up some berry burst cheerios and strawberries. Because I want healthy choices. Maybe she will get them, who knows. I really hope so lol it would suck if she wouldn't .. I pay her rent and pay her for my food! so I am not asking too much of her to just pick it up and no I dont have a car. My father is giving me his next Spring. I will be so happy when he does. He has fixed it all up. I am looking forward to it... :)

Anyway off subject I was
its not the whips that I eat, I was just remarking on them. They trully are like dessert. But I eat the blue and white packaged ones ..the Yoplait lights... and they are addicting too, but not as bad as the whips .. I don't want any yogurt at all to be honest. I would rather not have yogurt and if I need calcium just have milk, and caltrate ...

I would have never known it had frutose in it ... because they just are whipped.. I picture syrup differently. But I dumped the zero cola in the sink. No more soda beverages.. just water and sometimes tea. I have to clean up my act. Thanks for correcting me on a few things..

NatalieJo, the light yogurts are actually not that bad for you, just in moderation haha. seems to be the key to everything! I like having the vanilla or lemon yogurts around for when I get a sweet craving. 110 calories for one is alot better than the 600+ calories you'd eat if you went for ice cream or something equally as bad for you. My experience has been don't cut yourself off completely or thats when you'll really over eat a specific item.

So today marks my return to being healthy. Its almost 1 pm and I've only eaten about 200 calories so far. I'm going to do my Crunch Fat Burning Blast dvd in a little bit, then make a trip to the grocery for some essential healthy items and make a delicious late lunch before I head to work until 10. I'm a photographer in a children's studio so I don't sit around eating at work and I run around with the kids and am constantly getting up and down off the floor. Its a good workout and prevents me from unnecessary eating! 3 more days of a good pattern and I'll easily be losing weight again.

Wow, just got on this site cause I'm really trying to loose weight the healthy way again. Thought maybe finding people with similar strugles and goals would help, but this is amazing. I am 163.2 or something today which is about ten pounds down. I just signed up for this site and never for a million years thought I would find other people out there who strugle with their weight and mia issues too, and are ready to talk about it. I strugled with mia quiet a bit in college and it's mostly under control now but I still fight it sometimes, which is what scares me so much about tackling the weight. Anyhoo... well, I'm glad I'm in good company and I know we can do this right with support. :)

Natjo, I have an issue from time to time with adult acne. My skin looks great when: I keep my hands off of it, use a toner after I wash it, and most importantly put on lotion to hydrate it

I don't have the MIA issue, but I had major problems with skiping meals for many years. Now that I'm feeding my body, and excersising, my weight is coming off. Just started here last week, and lost 4lbs within that week...

Hey cameraobscura I have actually asked my mom not to buy me yogurt ever again and she has agreed. All the yogurts she bought yesterday are gone, which is a horrid thing I have done, but I am not going to let it happen again. I am done with that. So she said if I ask for one or two she will buy them for me. So that is what I shall do.

and than I asked her to buy me strawberries, which she is... yes! Very nice. I will love those. I love Strawberries. I love fruit, thus the problem with the yogurt, its all fruit, and this paricular ones tastes like the fruit, no fakeness to it.

I know I can eat yogurt and eat it in moderation, thing is, I just can't right now. I am really horrid with hounding down things. So I can't buy particular things, because temptation is so high ...

anyway and Hope2 ..thanks for the advice. I think I once used a lotion and it got worse. My skin is already oily, so I have to wash it will neutrogena. I am trying to anyway, my skin looks really good right now, except for the pimples which are in various spots. Only one on my face, but its big ..the other ones are on my chin... so I have to figure out why I am getting them on my neck and I have to figure out a way to take care of those. I think its partly breaking of the hair follicles, because I have to shave my chin and part of my neck because I have pcos.. which is a good reason to stop binging ..many health issues here..

I have to agree with Hope2. I mean my mother had some acne and she just didnt squeeze the pimples, washed often and used lotions. She had oily face... But then she lost weight and shes "normal" :D

What kind of amounts calories do you guys eat a day?
I think im eating too little.. like 500-900 calories a day... sometimes more, sometimes less. And I dont eat junk foods.. never really have.. Only bad things for me have been sweets and chocolate.
I dont mind about the 500-900 cal's a day. Its just that Im not even hungry. I eat tomatoes,cucumber (mmmmm! love cucumber!), pineapple and some other veggies for break fast, and I run with it most of the day until eveningish when I eat a "Normal" dinner.. like chicken and rice a bit, and then im full and not hungry again!
Tho the thing is that I should start drinking more so I wont get dehydred.
Ive NEVER liked water, I think it tastes disgusting.. but now ive started drinking it, but only like 2-5 glasses a day. I gotta start drinking that more !

Anyway , I really wish you all good night/day, and good luck for now! Im off to sleep :)

Man, everyone is talking about pregnancy and I think im the only kid/guy in here haha that's sad.
Yesterday, I barely ate! I think I only ate like 900 calories xD Sunday sucks!!!!

You should be really taking in more calories than that. In the sticky thread there is a calculater to figure out how much you should be taking in for calories ..but even 1200 would be too little ...

read the sticky threads and some where there is a calc ..use it ..it does conversions for you I believe

I was never able to count may calories u know

I think I am going to get a scale next Saturday and start measuring and counting my caloric intake .. not just on fit day, but with my own calculationg ..probably need my calc ..but seeing as I studied math ..lol I have enough calcs around ..

college student (graduate in spring and off to the 'real' world for me) theatre major with a bit of fine art back ground.
285ish (iffy scale) 5'2.5'' (Ill take that half )
no set goals except lose and make lifestyle changes
hobbies and work revolve around sitting, so that sucks. (knit/crochet... desk work)
PCOS
Just joined april 2lb challenge. have no plan of attack yet...

I teach middle school so the kids use me as a yardstick. I almost got a Napoleon complex from it! Luckily I'm teaching seventh grade this year (rather than sixth) so the kids are all already taller than me. ;-)
