New Year, New Thread for Those who Weigh 200 lbs/90 Kg or More

Thanks guys! That 4 lbs was nothing, I just had to dehydrate myself a little to a point where I wasn't bloated so yeah. I went to the gym today and did some cardio and played basketball. :) I'm better in basketball now i'm more agile and have more vertical leap! I'm so happy and I can finally block people haha. And for those people who wants to just relax after working out. Listen to Pachelbel's Canon in D Major, it's a very good piece :) It relaxing my mind and body like right now.

But I have to do it at my parent's house, so maybe this weekend

Ooohh... that reminds me, I gotta go buy new batteries so that I can check my weight on Sunday. Eh, how I dread weigh in days, but I hope the number moves to a lower one this week! Not just for me, but for all of us!

Anyway, Pachelbel's Canon in D Major. I've head it before and I do like it very much. I'm into classical music myself, but moreso for Beethoven or other composers who play music on the piano. I find that piano music helps relax myself better than the violens or other string instruments. :nopity: I've always wanted to learn to play the piano since I was a kid, so I believe that's why I'm drawn to piano pieces more.

Oh! That reminds me, I have a learn how to teach yourself how to play the piano book at home collecting dust! Hmm... I think I might have to bust it out and learn and gain a new hobbie.:jump:

Even a few oz is a few oz you are less ... Thats how I think of it if its only a few oz .. u know ...its really works ...because every oz just maked me so happy .. I dont care if its only one oz ..I just am so gleeful :)

Great about you agility!! I love when I notice my body is doings things and healthier than before! I am so psyched when that happens ... thats when the weight loss you realize starts really payying off ... Your doing awesome Kevi ... excellent!!

And the four pounds is still awesome regardless ... its all good!

I love classical music too ...

I love it so much that I have Tons of Discs of it lol But I havent listened for a while. I put it on for my animals ..it puts them in a relaxed mood and makes them just ..sleepy and happy lol I play calm classical music.. not the harsh violens that can be played .. u know ..there are so many different types of classical music u know ..its awesome ..

but anyway ...

This is total wierdness. I weighed myself today with out clothes on and I am 273.8 .. And I did work my bippy off yesterday... I weighed myself yesterday with out my clothes on and I was 274.8 ... I really did work outs yesterday ..I wonder if thats why ..sucks ..snow is back ... 3-5 inches today.. I hope there wrong and it won't accumulate, but so far ..it is .. lucky Peter doesnt have any snow ..damn isnt he lucky lol he is getting rain! lucky man! lol

but anyway ...

I am motivated ..I want to do the pilates today ... hopefully all of it ...if I have to pause the dvd sometimes to take a drink of water ..than I will do fine ..havent done this dvd for years ...

its hard ..lol it used to be easy for me years ago lol well here we go again ..time to start pulling out the exercise dvds ...the pilates cardio one is whipping my butt lol

Haha.. Dont you just hate when you do that? I know I do. Just for me, I end up buying stuff instead of renting them, then they just sit in my room for ever collecting dust, unopened, sometimes in their original wrapping!

I rented a book 2 weeks ago about pilates/yoga techniques.
I have to take a look at it before I have to return it hahah

You might want to pick up : "Pilates for Dummies" its a work out dvd and is excellent ..its only twenty minutes for cardio ..and ten for toning ..but it kicks my butt big time ..its great and it goes pretty slow ..so you can figure all the moves out

:rotflmao: Welcome to the thread Modernwilla! :grouphug: Anyone who reacts like this to spiders is a kindred spirit of mine :D I have a really good story of how I became afraid of spiders, but it is a little lengthy so I will have to write it another time. But basically there was one on my car window...I did not know about it until i was driving....luckily the window was up. The thing was hairy and i stuck a pencil out the window to break its web so it would fly away....and the web snapped! it made a snapping sound! it even stuck to the window:svengo: when I was getting out of the car I climed over the passenger side to get out lol CONGRATULATIONS on your weight loss so far!! I love your avi by the way it is toooooo cool.

I've been working so much guys...so sorry for being away at times, they're really cracking the whip at work...and I have like maybe 2 more weeks worth of working this :svengo: I even went to the bathroom to weigh myself this morning and forgot lol...but hopefully i will remember tomorrow morning and update you guys before i go to work AGAIN:svengo: of to bed now all...have a good nite :D

That 4 lbs loss was when I gained the 6 lbs so yeah it was nothing lol and I weighed myself today im 206.4 :) Im a pound lighter than expected :)

I feel the same way, but that also worries me. What if I lose a million pounds, get pregnant, get put on bed rest and gain back my million?

I guess that's a risk that I'll take.

hey Pink Clouds!! Nice to see you hun!! I am sure you will shoot below 276 soon .. I went back up to 275.2 ..mexican food ..oy vey .. I think my mom is trying to sabotage me ..she is bringin home all this junk food and she is upset I am losing weight and she is gaining ..so she has been handing me all this food ..and I am starting to take it ..which is awful ...

I am just bummed..
no more hand outs lol she is a total sabotager lol

I figured you met vegetarian ..you would be surprised how much you can llose
but what I really noticed when I was a vegetarian ..was my cholesterol dropped twenty five or more points ..so go for it! :):party:

pilates and yoga are similar ..but pilates I think also has cardio ... not much ..but it does ...cardio and it has a lot of bands and ball techniques ..etc ...pilates sells a lot of stuff and they have all kind of dvds ... everything is different ...
its a good work out ..very hard work outs
they are good I recommend them to anyone

and congrats Kevi on your weigh in!!
