Okay I want to try this but I have to sub a few things and i don't have cones, can I use dumbbells? I read your blog by the way and that is pretty gutsy making fun of Cosgrove Have you tried Afterburn, is this kind of similar?
I am coming up with a FAQ that is better than this but you can find the short of it here...
As for subbing the pulldown, you can do some pullovers or high level DB face pulls with pronated grip.
You don't have to have cones, anything that spaces things out will do fine.
As far as Cosgrove goes 1) I am sure I will pay for that from my blog, but hey got him to comment, not to shabby 2) His Afterburn program is excellent, all his programs are. I don't look at this program as being in competition with others, more so just being another great program you can break out and have fun with that takes into account the 3 principals I feel are the most important in a fat loss program.
:yelrotflmao:They are creepy as hell aren't they? ughhh I can't stand them.
Teletubbies do not come to my house, neither does Barney (stupid a*s dinosaur) - and we plan on keeping that way. There are plenty of other things for my kids to watch and do.
Okay see I rarely get a parents point of view on this but really I am so happy to see someone agree with me on the general creepiness of children's entertainment characters.
Anyone ever see Killer Clowns from Outer Space? Horrible horror movie from the 80's with a rocking The Dickies soundtrack. Regardless though the clowns are freaking looking. I see much similarly qualities in movement and creepiness with the Teletubbies.
I mean just look at this...
