New year, new diary and ready to lose!

keep it up! keep it up! i find that hitting the gym/ working out in the morning, it like a turbo charge for your day. i know its different for everyone, but man i feel on top of the world after a morning workout.
 
Oh how I regret falling off the wagon. I have managed to not gain back any of the weight I've lost, but I sure as hell haven't lost anymore! I have no one but myself to blame, either! Stress, work and every other excuse I can pull out of my ass have been blamed. I've continued to eat right right, be exercise has been non-existant. Last night, however, I forced myself to work out and it felt great. I can't wait to get back into the swing of things. I've wasted too much time not working out and I'm kicking myself for it. All I can think of is all the weight I could have been losing! I'm just thankful I didn't gain anything back.

So now you're all forced to deal with me again :waving:
 
Day 2 back on the wagon... So far, so good. Worked out last night for about an hour and a half... Feeling it today. Never the less, I have an appointment with a trainer tonight. I need a really hardcore workout... Where the eff is Jillian Michaels when I need her? LOL!

Sitting at work right now, snacking on almonds and raisins. Yummy!
 
It's sunny here in the Seattle area and it's going to be a 70 degree day... I'm suck inside at work! I'd rather be out walking somewhere! That's my plan for after work. Screw being inside at the gym on such a nice day. I'll do my workout in the sun! I have fish and veggies for lunch today, had a yougurt and apple for breakfast.
 
First weekend back on track went off without a hitch. No setbacks, good workouts... Totally proud of myself and can't wait to see how much I can lose by the end of Summer!
 
Ugh, I'm so horrible at updating this thing. I'll remember a few days in a row then totally forget.

Anyway, still doing my thing. Eating right, working out but not as much as I should. Here comes vacation in 2 weeks... Dieting/exercising on vacation is a pain. Here's to hoping I don't slip up!
 
I need to get more sleep. I'm so effing tired all the time! There aren't enough hours in the day for me. I go go go until I crash. Lately I've been crashing either without a good workout, or I'll only fit 30min worth of exercise into my day. I need a coffee IV today... I feel like I'm going to fall asleep at my desk!
