New Workout, suggestions?

Before you read on, I only have access to free weights and a bench press bench.


Monday - Chest/Triceps:

8 Bench Press
8 Close Grip Bench Press
8 Flat Flies
All x 4

Tuesday - Legs:

8 Leg raises
8 Squats
All x 4

Wednesday - off

Thursday - Shoulders:

8 Seated Military Press
8 Shrugs (Dumbell)
All x 4

Friday - Back/Biceps:
8 Upright Rows (Bent over)
8 Deadlifts
8 Curls (Dumbell)
All x 4

Saturday - Abs:
30 Situps x 2

Sunday - off


Does this sound better than:

8 Bench Press
8 Leg raises
8 Curls (Dumbell)
8 Upright Rows (Bent over, Bar Bell)
8 Shrugs (Dumbell)
8 Flat Flies
8 Close Grip Bench Press

All the above x 4

30 Situps x 2

Every other day.

Looks decent, and I definitely think it's better than that every other day plan, if you did that routine you'd be missing out on quite a few things, like the military, squats, and deadlifts - all very important.

The one thing I would try to add would be some pullups/chinups on the back and biceps day, I understand you may not have a pullup bar, but there are a good amount online, or at some sports stores, that you can put in pretty easily, either between two posts or if you must, a doorway.

Oh, with the upright rows, barbell upright rows I would put more with shoulders. For back, go with bent over rows, pendlay rows would be better in my opinion to hit the back, or dumbell bent over rows.
 
You could also go tuesday off and legs/shoulders wednesday to save time. I would also do abs more than once a week. Try for 2-3 times using your weights.
