so im trying some new stuff..
thought i might try this diary !!

food entry for the day (going to be honest here !! )

caramel cappachino
water
mango ice tea
chicken pasta salad
2 of those slices of ice cream. 97% fat free. not sure what they're called..


FEELING PRETTY FAT RIGHT NOW ITS DISGUISTING !!

so my holidays are in about 2 weeks. i want to have a massive exercise binge and lose around 10 kilo's..

i want to walk for around an hour each morning and start doing exercise dvd's.. yoga.. hip hop.. want to get the biggest loser work out dvd !! would be amazing..

yeah so this is my little chat ahhaa..
 
Hey girl, sorry to burst your bubble but you dont look so bad. Sure we could all stand to lose a few, but be realistic and happy while you get there.

You mentioned your work-out plan but not your food plan. Seems like you're trying to eat as little as possible with these little tidbits rather than with real meals, and where's your breakfast?! You will be amazed how good you feel if you just eat three meals a day, rather than little tidbits throughout the day that never leave you satisfied. Try eating a good breakfast with a bunch of protein, like eggs and ham with a slice of toast. Then eat your next meal around 2pm, a nice filling lunch and drink your tea with milk then. Dont eat or drink milk or other calorie beverages between meals. Eat a small dinner and dont eat past 7pm. If you crave a sweet like ice cream, its OK to have a bit but make sure to have it with your meal rather than on its own between meals. I think you will be amazed at the results and you wont ever be hungry.

If you try it, will you let me know how it works? I started this about 1 month ago and I've felt so good, all my hunger and cravings I used to have are gone. I've lost an inch each off my thigh, waist, hips and alas, my boobs too. Though I'm still on this bloody plateau, I had recently added in weights so I do suspect a good bit of fat weight was replaced by muscle weight since I started this plan.

i started having breakfast the next day. however i just read your meal plan and it sounds great !! only thing im worried about is do you get really hungry during the day. (gotta have energy for school :) )

well i might start this meal plan tomorrow and give you some response to it in about 2 weeks.. :)

Hey x, the key to not getting hungry through the day is to have a very filling breakfast and lunch. Soon you'll be able to get by on much smaller meals, but start off with enough on your plate so you can go 4-6 hours between meals. This might take some planning but make it something with lots of protein like a few eggs, some bacon and a small amount of carbs like a slice of bread.

Hey, welcome to the forum! Blancita is right- it's better to have actual meals rather than small little bits of food throughout the day.
