New to this...

Hi, I'd like help to create a small work out plan. Im quite thin at the moment and I'd like to become a little bulkier/lean, not a body bulider heh, anyway I dont work out much, and when I do it's just an hour long jog in the park or lifting some dumbells (I have recently been getting a little back ache and I think this is the cause, I presume im not lifting them correctly or something?).Now I have had a little look at other peoples work out plans and I see that you recommend people give each muscle group a days rest, am I correct? The only equpiment I have are some dumbells and a park. Could anyone help make a plan? Nothing major, just something I can do easly.

you do not want to join a gym? how heavy are your DB's? (dumbells)
the pain is probobly because of wrong form when lifting yeah, what lifts have you been doing with the DBs? bicep curls? remember to NOT swing your upper body ;)

Exercises you want to do atleast are squats and deadlifts, if your DBs are heavy enough..
