Hi I am new to this whole thing. I am 21 and just want to lose weight and tone up. Why is this so difficult! I live in Florida where so much of my time is spent in a bathing suit and I am SO not comfortable in one. I just want a flat stomach and to feel confident at the beach rather than avoiding positions where my fat bunches up. I will try and put up dates as I go. I have been working out for two weeks and only loss two pounds but I guess I have to change my diet now. I love food so this will be hard
