hello everyone, I am just strating this, or should I say starting over. I always seem to go real strong for about 3 months then I start faiding out. I think it is because I hit my platue and then I give up, had I stayed with this two yease ago when I started I would have already been at my goal.
But I am ready to fight back once again, I am going to lose this weight if it kills me
Any way my plan is to go to the gym four days a week and take the 4 different arobics classes that they offer, and I am going to get up at 5 am and jog for 30 min. I am also watching what I eat but I am also trying to eat more meals just smaller in a day, (to day is the first day I have tried it and I have been full all day so I guess that is a good sign.
My goal is to lose 70 lbs by March 2008.
