New to the Forum , just wanted to say hi

Hey everyone, I stumbled across the forum while looking for some advise to shed the last 20lbs.

-Intro-
I started out dieting April 2007 when I was at my heaviest ever. 5'8 280lbs
I was having alot of trouble even losing any weight so I started by going to a weight loss Dr. who prescribed me appetite suppressants and was giving me injections of B12 weekly.
I also started cycling w/ a friend based on the recommendation from my primary care physician.
After about 3 months I had lost a good amount of weight and decided to stop taking the pills and of course I continued to cycle about 20 miles per day.
During the winter, I spent about 4 days a week at the gym doing weight training till the weather cleared up and I could start to bike ride again.

At this point now im at 197lbs and feel great, but I am looking to get to my goal weight of 180lbs by the years end. I know this is going to be the slowest and hardest weight to loss so any held I can get would be awesome.

Well, you have done an AMAZING job so far! Can't wait to have success like that. Good luck on those last pounds. You will get it done. If you've had the motivation to come this far, you can definitely succeed. I just started this forum last week and it has been a great motivation!
