So Hey im new to this site and finally decided to join a site to see if it can help me lose weight. Many of you may think im a bit delusional because I'm 5'7 @130lbs and want to lose 15lbs. Its not maily the weight im concerned with but moreso the healthy lifestyle. Im a vegetarian and I tend to try to make up for my meatless meals by overeating{mostly binge eating} junk food through out the day. Its been really difficult cause I work with kids all day during the week and the sweets and snacks are always there. If someone could give me advice and tips or possibly join me as a partner on my weightloss journey it would be much appreciated!
