New to the forum and feeling energised!!

Hi everyone, my name's Charli and I'm 16 years old

I'm young I know, but please don't hold it against me, I need to lose weight too! I don't want to waste any more of sixth form feeling like the chubby kid...

So, has anyone got any tips or advice for me? I've had such an awesome day! I had 3 healthy, varied meals and have done plenty of exercise. 25 minutes on my exercise bike, and half an hour on the wii fit and pretty much an hour of running around my house like a crazy person practicing gymnastics and doing splits in the living room :rofl::rofl:

I'm down 9lbs so far in about 3 weeks! :)

How's everyone else doing?
