Hello, Im new to this forumm, Im a 16 year old male seeking some advice within building area, and also the equipment needed to perfom this... And I could use some of you're help and knowledge 
Basically Im looking for the following... (sorry to put in bullet points, makes it easy to understand)
-Weight lifts as a primary, and also looking for a good shop site to buy from, and recommended weights and KG. (50quid - 110quid range, not big but its my budget at the moment)
-Im also looking for another piece of equipment aswell that will generally loose body fat, mainly on my bum area and stomach area (if thats possible)(not looking for something too expensive again, like 100 - 120 range)
Last thing is what excersises do I need to do, and in what quanitity (i.e push-ups, squats.... etc) - All around im looking to build upper arms and stomach area.
