It seems fun to start a new diet but then once you start it's like well not so fun. I am doing the weight watchers diet and it isn't bad at all. I can eat anything(nearly) on a point system. The thing to get used to is the portion control. My workouts are good. I do about 45 min four days a week and then on the weekend I stay active doing yard work, house work or tennis. If anyone knows the game of tennis points system I would be great ful for the info. I love to play but don't know how to take score. Well my goal for the day is to eat right and within my points and make sure to workout tonight. I am aiming to lose at least 20 lbs by June since my start has been rocky I took it down a notch.
