This is all new and exciting for me. I have set up a workout plan. I will be using workout DVDs and I bought a lot of fitness magazines that have a lot of good workout moves. I work Mon - Fri and get out of work at 5pm. I thought if I can't make to the gym during the week. The next best thing is to work out a home. The next step is buying the right kind of foods. I have been reading up on what to eat, the right and wrong ways to diet and exercise. I am mentally ready to lose this weight. Especially when I join this forum today.
