New Routine

Hello.

Im currently on a cut. Not loosing much but ive only been on it for 3 weeks. *I have been visiting the gym for about 18 months(Pure lifting). First week I lost 1lbs second week i lost 3lbs. Third week I loose nothing.

Im looking for a good routine to follow including weights and cardio. I weigh 242lbs and I try to eat no more than 2500 calories a day sometimes I go upto 2700. Should I cut my calorie intake also?

Maybe if I split my body parts into sections for each day. ( I visit the gym 4x a week, each session is 1hour long). Also I could maybe do 2 days full body workout then the other 2 sessions just pure cardio for 1hour?
