day#1 legs / calf :: squats 5x5, slider leg press 5x8, calf press 4x15

day#2 back / bis : pull ups 3x8, cable lat pull downs 5x5, rows 5x5, DB hyperextentions 3x8, E-Z bar preacher curles 3x8

day#3 chest / tris : DB bench 5x5, incline DB bench 5x5, flys 3x8, E-Z bar skull crushers 3x8

day#4off /forarm bar rolls, 6x10
day#5off

day#6 shoulder / abs : decline DB situps 5x15,
5x20 DB crunches, DB millitary press 5x5, front hammer press 5x5, single cable cross 3x8, shurgs 3x8
