New program for Critique

Hello Everyone. I am looking to start a new program while also cutting. The point is to build strength and endurance for competetive paintball while dropping some fat. Do you think this one is any good? If not, what do you recommend to change or sources to read up on some decent ones? Thanks in advance:cool:

Monday (Heavy Day)
Lift Reps Weight


Squats 5 x 5 Progressive
Bench 5 x 5 Progressive
Deadlifts 3 x 5 Progressive
Dips 4 x 8 Constant
Barbell Curls 4 x 8 Constant
Abs 3 x 20 Full Range

Wednesday (Light Day)

Squats 2 x 20 Constant/Not to failure
Dumbell Bench 3 x 15 Constant
Dumbell Pullover 2 x 20 Constant
Dumbell Curls 2 x 20 Constant
Crunches 3 x 40

Friday (Medium Day)

Squats 4 x 8 Progressive (Hard but not failure)
Incline Bench 4 x 8 Progressive (Hard but not failure)
Chin-Ups 4 x 8 Constant
Lying Tricept Extension (Barbell) 2 x 12 Constant
Barbell Curl 2 x 12 Constant
Abs 3 x 20 Same as Monday

I finally got a chance to sit down and read the article you posted (work has been hell this week) and it looks pretty decent. Have you tried this one personally? If so, roughly how long does each workout session (weights) last? The reason I ask it that I like to get in and out of the gym in 45-60 min and adding on the aeorbic would be very useful but I am curious what that does to the overall time length?

IN ADDITION

Is it better to loose fat and then work on endurance, speed, and agility or is it possible to significantly boost those areas while cutting fat? Thanks in advance.
 
Sorry for the delay. I have not done the above workout, but it shouldnt take more than 60 minutes tops. Just make sure you're not resting for extended periods.

Theres no reason not to incorporate SAQ drills.
