New Pics---PLEASE HELP--Is it possible to go to the beach by June??

OK, I need some help I weight more than I ever have, I would like to go to the beach by June, not wear a shirt and and not feel :(. Is this possible? I started to the gym this week and dieting I need to know is 4 days a week enough?:confused:

I think it is possible, but you will have to have a STRICT, and I mean pretty much only eat a little bit of junkfood, once a month. HIIT or cardio 3x a week plus a 2x full body workout or 3x FBW and 2x HIIT, even though the 1st one would be more useful.

If you persist with your goals, you can topple them and stand proud at your accomplishment.

Ok I have never really had to exercise, but now that I need to, I don't really know where to start. Now with that being said, the cardio part is understandable but the full body work out is a completly different story. Do you have any suggestions about that.

At this time my plan is (which I don't know much about) to get my cardio on the Elliptical and or Treadmill for 30 minutes for 5 days per week. Is this to much or to little at first?

if you can do 30 min then your not hitting it hard enough, you wanna make that heart pound and sweat like you jumped into a pool.
If you diet correctly and do this you can loose B/F damn fast.

To get your abs to show you cant have fat on your stomach. No matter how many ab excercises you do. So eat a healthy diet, and I suggest you start with Cardio. If you want to see how many calories perday you need to maintain or lose weight visit this site:



Once you find out how many calories per day you will go for, go to this site and find out your calorie deficit (how many calories you consume - how many you burn):


That site can tell you what your calorie deficit should be to lose the weight you want in the time you want.
