I think it is possible, but you will have to have a STRICT, and I mean pretty much only eat a little bit of junkfood, once a month. HIIT or cardio 3x a week plus a 2x full body workout or 3x FBW and 2x HIIT, even though the 1st one would be more useful.
If you persist with your goals, you can topple them and stand proud at your accomplishment.
