Hi! First off let me introduce myself, my names Jess and I'm 18yrs old. I started my weight loss about a year and half ago at a weight of 187. Let it be known that I'm just under 5'4. So that's a lot to pack for my height. I've always been the over weight kid, not like severely but just a little chunkier. Also both of my parents suffer from weight problems and I didn't want to end up like them. So my senior year I started to take action and here is where I stand today.
143lbs and loving it. However my goal this whole time has been 130 and ideally 120-125. I want to feel confident enough to wear this bikini without the board shorts and tank top.
So please, help me help myself.

Anways any tips or suggestions on diet and exercise or how you accomplished your own personal goals would be mucho appreciated.
