Hi! First off let me introduce myself, my names Jess and I'm 18yrs old. I started my weight loss about a year and half ago at a weight of 187. Let it be known that I'm just under 5'4. So that's a lot to pack for my height. I've always been the over weight kid, not like severely but just a little chunkier. Also both of my parents suffer from weight problems and I didn't want to end up like them. So my senior year I started to take action and here is where I stand today.

143lbs and loving it. However my goal this whole time has been 130 and ideally 120-125. I want to feel confident enough to wear this bikini without the board shorts and tank top.

So please, help me help myself.

My main focus right now is my buns and thighs .... ugh the monstrosity. Hehe.

Anways any tips or suggestions on diet and exercise or how you accomplished your own personal goals would be mucho appreciated.
 
seems like whatever you've been doing was very effective! with anything it is just persistence.. what im currently doing and seems to be working well for me is this. doing a hard workout early in the morning when i first wake up and don't eat breakfast until after the workout. (if you dont know the reason is this..fat is hard to burn because your body first burns carbs before fat.. after sleeping all night your body uses all the carbs you consumed the previous day to regulate various functions while you sleep.. so when you wake you are empty of carbs and can only burn fat.) afterwords i eat something and take my vitamins (2 B, 1 C, 1 Magnesium) B complex is good to take for loosing weight because it converts food to energy and not just store it as fat. C is good for EVERYTHING! well thats my 2 cents hope it can help you in some way

Nice work!

I find lunges and squats to be very effective. I also find that running is great.
