Hi all, my name is Heather from Ohio. I little bio on me....
Im 33, 5'1" and push about 165 - 170. I have had 6 children, youngest being 3 but have had no problem loosing weight until the 6th. I weighted 97 lbs before my 14 year old was born and weighed in at 112 5 mos after my fifth. All my children were good size and I gained tons of weight during the pregnancies, even had twins and was thin in no time but now.........LOL what a joke.
I work a job on graveyard shift where I am constantly on my feet and rushing around - I watch my calorie intake - I brisk walk a couple miles each a few times a week - I have cut sugar out - etc....and I still do not lose! I may lose 5 this week but gain 10 the next. My feet/ legs are constantly swollen,I am always tired after eating and I don't have energy unless I take caffeine. Shortly before getting pregnant with my 6th is when I started to rapidly gain. I went from 112 to 140 in 6 weeks w/o any drastic changes. I was tested by a metobolic endocrinologist who took my TSH, T3 levels and such to test for hypothyroidism but came up empty handed.......I called recently for a retest which will be in Sept.
I am so miserable, any suggestions?
Thanx
