New Member aboard. I am in need of some advive. I purchased a Bowflex extreme 4 weeks ago. I use it 3 times a week for 1 hr. each time. I am moving up 5# a week on each excersice. I havent seen a change. I am 5'-9'' and 170# and 37 years old. I excersised my whole life but never got big. Does anyone have any tip? Does anyone have a Bowflex and used it? Thanks for any help.
