TIME TO GET STARTED -
I was on here last year and got alot of support. Unfortunately, my family life became very crazy & i started to neglect this site, and once again my self. Well, that is all over. We move in as little as 9 months and 1 day - that is my goal. I have to be in much better shape to start the next stage of my life. For myself, my kids, my husband and the rest of my family. so, here we go -

I have been horrible with the traveling and all, this past weekend. At least I didn't gain any more. I was in fear of that - going to an amusement park with all of the tempting snacks and treats. We finally found a neurosurgeon to take Eva to here in Germany. Hopefully we won't have to go to the states at all for this. IF all goes well on the 11th - then I can have a normal family life and just enjoy my family and concentrate a little on working on myself - we'll see! Hopefully I'll get tons of support that I need here.
 
today is a huge turning point. since i had my second daughter, i have refused to let my hubby take a photo of me with the girls. i did myself a favor and took my "before" photos. I really have incentive now. this is the largest i have ever been in my life & is enough to make anyone cry.

new body not off to such a great start. yesterday when i took the photos i was 243 - up a pound. then today we just found out my inlaws are splitting up. dh is devastated. monday we take the baby to one doctor, then on the 11th to another. i'm hoping that will be the end of it. today it is pouring and cold. a month ago we had gorgeous weather - now, nothing but rain. i wish i could bottle it and ship it to florida - i know they need it.
 
Welcome back Hlangel! It's good to see your kids faces again. LOL! :)

I'm sorry about your inlaws. :cry: That's always painful for the kids, no matter how old they are.

What's wrong with your baby? I hope everything works out and it can be fixed. :hug2: :hug2:
 
THe youngest one has a huge head - 2 cm bigger than my 4 year olds - who head is in the 98th percentile for her age. so, they are worried about why it is so big.
 
today was a horible day for me - no working out - no good eating - nothing. hopefully better tomorrow.
 
I know you can do it...I was thinking, on days when you don't do so well, what happens. Do you give in to temptation inthe morning? Or in the afternoon? Usually mornings are my problem times, so I look at this website before I go downstairs to eat, just to remind myself of my goals. That helps me a lot not to pig out in the mornings.
 
that's a good idea. maybe that has been working for me. i don't have a problem in the mornings - that's when i check here. it's in the afternoon i have issues. plus i haven't been finding the time to work out.
