the name is Riz. Last june 2009 i weighed 255 lbs. after looking at myself i was sad that i got so out of shape. Now as of may, 27, 2010 i weigh in at 195. Up until march i just slowly watched what i ate and put less food in my mouth daily.
As of mid april i haven't worked out at all. Now im in the gym for the last 6 weeks and can really tell a major difference.
last june 2009- was 255lbs.
before starting at the gym april 10th -210lbs.
now may 26- 195lbs.
Wish i started earlier. Have about 20 lbs to go. but im loving the new lifestyle.
