I have such a passion for natural health and natural foods after being obese myself, fainting while on the job, and having cholesterol so high I was almost hospitalized. My liver enzymes were so high I was sent to a liver specialist. You can see my photos and notice my eyes. This is a photo of an unhealthy person on the left.

I follow south beach (healthy carbs) diet and eat healthy chocolate.

ProductScan Online (a trend tracking organization regularly quoted by the Wall Street Journal, CNN, and many others) recently released its predictions for health and wellness trends in the upcoming year. Dark Chocolate was number one followed by the Acai Berry, Omega Fatty Acids and Antioxidants.

The Healthy Chocolate I consume has all 4!

Here is what I do.
I work 3 days a week at the wound clinic. I bring a protein bar (tastes like a healthy brownie) and eat it for breakfast. If I am still hungry, I choose something from my south beach diet list. The protein bar is like eating 2 eggs, 6 grams of fiber plus vitamins. It fills you up so you really are NOT hungry. There are only 150 calories per bar. So, then during the day in between meals when I get hungry, I grab a chocolate nugget (these are delicious and taste like fudge as they melt in your mouth). There is No added sugar and it is so healthy that I tell my patients to make sure they eat their chocolate for the day!

You don't want to buy the common store bought chocolate though. That will make you FAT! They use wax, fillers, sugar, cocoa butter and you will gain weight. They key is the Natural dark cocoa and Acai Berry mixed with the blue berries.
