Hey,
I'm new to this forum. I'll be 22 in a couple of months and graduating college in May. I've struggled with my weight for years, and I've "tried" to do something about it several times, but I've never stuck to it very long. I'm bad about not workng out when there's no one there to make me. So I'm trying this and hopefully it'll help keep me motivated. Currently I weigh 209 and I'm going to try really hard to lose 35 pounds by my graduation, and to get down to 140 by this time next year when I'm maid of honor in my best friend's wedding. Any help would be appreciated! A couple of topics I'm extremely interested in discussing is weight loss/hypothyroidism and nutrition/non-dairy diet, since I have hypothyroidism and am allergic to milk!
