Thanks
Not that I am complaining, because any loss is good, but I have been working my behind off and I guess we all would enjoy bigger losses. And yes, you are right about the gimmick diets. I wondered, how do they lose for instance 8-9 lbs in the first week. I guess I am doing the right things, eating when I am hungry but eating the right foods and this is helping me not to overeat at any given meal. Drinking lots of water. Before I decided it was time to make these changes, I had coffee in the morning, for lunch a large (usually unhealthy meal) and then wouldn't eat again until around 6pm or so. Somedays I would only eat once a day.
My exercise consists of 30 minutes on the "dreadmill" 2x's a day, and I switch every five minutes between walking and jogging. Then I do bicycle crunches and switch every other day with arms and legs. But I have to do cardio and crunches once everyday. I find by splitting that hour of cardio in half to be easier.
