new here-
im 15 and from fla
skinny whitekid. 125-130 pounds
i have access to a gym
and i have a bench and free weights
and a curl bar at my house
im lookin to gain alot of weight
but muscle
i pretty mutch want to get big.

Welcome to the forum Alex! YOu have many friends here......

How about creating a journal to impart your diet and training and ask questions in the appropriate section of the forum! I think this will do you well!


Three things to come to mind when wanting to gain muscle mass in the most basic sense:

1. Deterimine your calorie needs (Maintenance Line)

2. Create a small surplus over this MT Line

3. A full body Workout (FBW) routine 3x per week
