I have tried and tried to exercise for the past 7 years (after having my daughter) I have bought several workouts in that attempt. But can never stick with any program. I have decided thats enough I just have to do it. The problem is I don't know which one to do. I have Slim in 6, Power 90, several Tae bo videos, The firm, core secrets. (im such a loser I know!!) Anyways, I am 5'2" weigh 120lbs I am 29 years old. I just want to tone up so there is no jiggle especially on my thighs and stomach. Can someone here help - tell me which one of these workouts will be most effective? The only thing that I am most concerned about it I have kind of a flat butt
I am self concious about it and have read that squats, lunges and dead lifts are what I can do to increase and tone this area. But the weights will using 10 pound weights in each hand help or no? PLEASE someone help guide me!!!
